We hope you enjoy our traditional cooked breakfast of eggs, bacon, sausage, hash brown, beans, mushrooms, tomatoes and with your choice of black pudding or fried bread. Or ask for your favourite breakfast combination; from bacon sandwiches to poached eggs on toast. We also offer a range of cereals, toast, preserves, yogurts and fruit juices.Breakfast is usually served between 8.15am to 9.15am. If you are setting off earlier or fancy a lay-in we also offer a pre-ordered breakfast bag.We are pleased to use local produce whenever possible. We use premium pork sausages, dry cure back bacon and black pudding which are provided by Brian Etherington. Our fresh produce comes from Fresh Point in Newquay, while the Boddingtons jams are produced in Mevagissey, Cornwall and contain only natural ingredients.Our butter and free range eggs all come from local dairy farms and we always use British milk which helps us ensure the best quality for you and minimises our impact on the environment.We will try to fulfil any dietary requirements (soya milk, gluten free toast etc.), but please let us know before you arrive to make sure it is available for you.
