We offer a range of rooms from those with a sea view to the family suite. Each room is en-suite and well-appointed.
All rooms have a smart TV with DVD player, hypoallergenic duvets and bedding, iron & ironing board, hairdryer, towels (600gms), complementary toiletries, tea & coffee making facilities and free superfast WiFi.

Superior King Room with Sea View

The superior king rooms have lovely views across Newquay town to the sea and are our largest room type at 18 metres² giving you space to relax.
The two superior king rooms are located on the second floor (top floor) at the front of the building. These rooms have a king-size bed a smart TV/DVD (32") and a bath with shower en-suite.

Classic King Room with Sea View

The classic king rooms have a bay window allowing you to enjoy the views across Newquay town to the sea.
Geckos Rest has two classic king rooms, both on the first floor at the front of the building, with each having a king-size bed a smart TV/DVD (32"). The classic rooms are 16 metres² and have a small shower and toilet en-suite with the sink located in the room.

Standard Super King Room

The standard super king room has a superking-size bed and the en-suite also includes a larger shower (120 x 80cm).
This room is located at the rear of the property on the second floor (top floor) and is 16 metres² with a superking-size bed and a smart TV/DVD (32").

Standard King Room

This standard king room is well appointed and has a small bath with shower en-suite and is located at the rear of the property on the first floor. The standard king room is 16 metres² and has a king-size bed and a smart TV/DVD (32").

Basic King Room

Geckos Rest offers two basic king rooms which are both located at the rear of the property with one being on the first floor and the other on the second floor (top floor). One room has a small shower and toilet en-suite with the sink being located in the room while the other has a small shower en-suite. Both rooms are 12 metres² so are compact in size with a king-size bed and smart TV/DVD.

Twin Room

We have one room that can be arranged as two single beds and this is located at the rear of the property on the second floor (top floor). This room can only be booked direct via email or phone and for a minimum of a 3 night stay. The room is 16 metres² and has two single 3ft beds a smart TV/DVD (32") with the en-suite having a larger shower.

Family Suite

Geckos Rest has one family suite which is suitable for two adults plus one child (under 16 years). As it is located on the first floor at the front of the building the suite enjoys sea views.
The main room (16 metres²) has a king-size bed a smart TV/DVD (32") and a bay window giving you views across Newquay town to the sea. A small shower and toilet en-suite are in the main room and the sink is located separately in the main room. The second smaller room (6.25 metres²) has a single bed with a smaller TV/DVD and lovely views across Newquay. The family suite can only be booked direct via email or phone and for a minimum of a 3 night stay.
